The content on this website, including program descriptions, age groups, hours and photos, is general information and is not an offer or a guarantee of a childcare space. Programs, availability, hours and fees may change. Please contact us to confirm current details.
3. Tours and enquiries
Submitting a tour request or contacting us does not create an enrolment or reserve a space. Enrolment happens only when you complete our enrolment paperwork and we confirm your child's space in writing.
4. Enrolment, fees and policies
Our childcare services are provided under a separate enrolment agreement and parent handbook, which set out fees, payment terms, notice periods, attendance, health and illness rules, pick-up and drop-off, and other policies. If these terms conflict with your enrolment agreement, the enrolment agreement prevails for childcare services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing harmful code, interfering with how the site works, submitting false or misleading information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The website's text, design, logos, images and other content belong to Jollytime Daycare or its licensors and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may view the site and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.
7. Photos of children
We only publish photos or videos of enrolled children with a parent or guardian's written consent. If you believe an image on this site was published without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review it promptly.
